A very nice salon, great bunch of girls although because I was a "fit me in" felt like my treatment was a little slap dash.... Was offered a cup of tea but never received it but other than that was very satisfied with my treatment x

Absolutely awful haircut, uneven lengths and no layers as I asked for, doesnt even feel or look like its been cut in any way. So rushed and unfriendly hairdresser and I was made to stand up for most of it, Not that I was even in the salon for more than 10 minutes. I appreciate that Loxx do charge a good price but I feel 13 was so bad for what I got. Never ever will I return.
