Walls not straight. Plastering poor and contracted an elderly gent to do the plumber. He screwed it up....four times. Ill see these guys in court.
We are almost into our 2nd Summer where we cannot use our orangery due to a number of fundamental issues, yet to be rectified.Uneven plastering, cracked & damp concrete floors (meaning we cannot complete the flooring) & 2 leaks from the roof.We queried why the concrete floor was laid in 2 halves & were told that it had not been.Luckily,our neighbour had photos of it whilst we were away which we sent them.There was then a period where our calls were ignored by the builder & were only answered when we called from a different phone number.We have got a few quotes from different builders to try and fix the floor (1 told us to knock the whole thing down and start again as it was such a bad job!) but having spent a lot of our savings already, we'll have to wait. We have a 32k room that we have been staring at for almost 18 months & cannot use.I would certainly not recommend this company. We are so disappointed. Photos could not be uploaded. They will have 1 more opportunity to rectify.
Builders fantastic but plasterer very very poor.
Good size con. Good builders but plastering poor. Where our small light is fitted its coming apart after 1yr 5months grout on floor coming apart already. I am very disappointed i'm afraid. Nobody comes out to check queries. It's all just abt money money money
